At Paean AI, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process for both our hardware products and digital subscription services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are offered.

2. Hardware Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Paean hardware purchases:

  • You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your device.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition, incorporating all packaging and accessories.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Refunds

Our Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) and digital subscriptions are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
  • Refunds for subscription fees are provided on a pro-rata basis only if requested within the first 30 days of the activation date.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription (with included hardware) before 12 months, you must return the hardware in good condition, or you will be charged a buyout fee.

4. Refund Processing Time

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement after we have processed the request. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Services

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription fees after the initial 30-day period.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse.
  • Shipping and handling charges (unless the item was defective upon arrival).
