Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

We partner with top-tier logistics providers to ensure your Paean hardware arrives safely and promptly. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States, Canada, and EU.
  • Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days (additional fees apply).

2. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders generally range from 7-14 business days depending on the region.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

4. 30-Day Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Paean hardware, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • The hardware must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Items showing signs of excessive wear and tear, or intentional damage may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under this policy:

  • Digital subscriptions (see Refund Policy for details).
  • Personalized or engraved hardware items.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
